Ocean Enchantment Card by Maja

Hello there, the ScrapBerry's friends! Welcome to the blog today :)

Last time I shared a tag with an optimistic message, and today I have a card I made using the same beautiful collection - Ocean Enchantment:

I layered papers in the background and added tags I cut and die-cut from papers. I used the small pad to make the designs better visible in a small space of the card:

I cut out a mermaid, some fish and added some flowers and pearls:

The card can be presented on birthday :)

I like the dimension and texture of the card:

And here's the list of what I used:

Epoxy Brads set 21 pcs Seaside
Paper Collection Set 6"*6" Ocean Enchantment 190 gsm
One-sided paper 12"*12" 190 gsm, Ocean Enchantment Mermaid Whispers
One-sided paper 12"*12" 190 gsm, Ocean Enchantment Cards
Paper Flowers – Daisy - White
Cherry Blossom (10 piece set) White & Blue
Adhesive pearls 120pcs/4 colors, SeaSide

Don't forget to smile - Card and Video Tutorial by Yasmin Tölche

Hello Everyone, it's Yasmin here on the blog today, and you might have noticed that we have started something new here. Every 7 days, you will get a video tutorial showcasing all the awesome stuff Scrapberry's has to offer. I made a video tutorial for you today showing you how you can use Scrapberry's Ink Stains Stamp Pad to make your own background.
I've used the "Forest Friends" collection for my card along with stamps for the "PhotoArchive". Shabby Ribbons, Flair Buttons are all part of the great things Scrapberry's has to offer.

And as promised I made a video tutorial on how I put together this card. I hope you like it.

The Stains ink has loads of great uses, you can spritz them with water and get an awesome look. Maybe that's something for my next Scrapberry's tutorial.

Cute Kitty Cat Layout (& More) by Nicole Doiron

It is DT reveal day once again for me on the ScrapBerry's blog,
and this time I have a very shabby chic layout to share with you using a super
sweet collection called 'A Furry Little Story' that immediately inspired me
because quite obviously I have a fur baby who I love to scrap about!

I chose to use the 'Hello Kitty' patterned paper as my background as I love word
and script patterns.  I then cut out different size squares from 'Neighbourhood Meeting'
and 'Kitty Cards' papers and displayed them in a diagonal tile design.

My main product inspiration for this layout was ScrapBerry's very own kitty called Basik!

The Basik & K collection is full of embellishments featuring Basik the cat,
including cork stickers and fun brads which I have in my DT stash.
I colored the mouse brad (which you can see in my title in the first close-up photo)
with a black Copic marker to match the rest of the my black accents.

How adorable is Basik and his little mouse friend?!  I thought they were perfect
for the photo of Sugar and her stuffed mouse!  I also decorated my page
with several chipboard die cuts, some adhesive gems and a beautiful flair
especially made for kitties!

(Be sure to scroll down below for a bonus creation!)

ScrapBerry's supply list:
12x12 Paper Collection - A Furry Little Story - SCB220608900B
(Hello Kitty, Neighbourhood Meeting, Yes I Am A Princess,
Kitty Cards 1, Kitty Cards 2)
SCB341307 - CorkStickers - Basik & K 1
SCB340944 - MetalBrads - Basik & K Cats & Mice
SCB350171 - Wooden Shape - Kitten
SCB340001091 - Flair Embellishments - You're My Everything
SCB300204 - Paper Flowers - Cherry Blossom Pink & White
SCB25002035 - Adhesive Gems - Winter Joy

Thank you for reading up to here!
And just because of that, I have another little treat for you! hehe

I loved creating with the Basik K and A Furry Little Story products so much
that I made a card with some of my leftovers.

Additional ScrapBerry's products used for this card are:
SCB25002019-ResinFlowes-FairyTale2
SCB280308-PaperFlowers-DaisyLightYellow

I fussy cut a flower border and created a tag out of the 'Kitten Rules!' paper.

I decided to alter the Light Yellow Daisies a little by removing the middle part
and adding a blue gem instead in the center.  These cork stickers from the Basik & K
collection are my favorites, and I thought were prefect for a birthday card.

Well, that's it for me this time!
I really hope you enjoyed my kitty cat adventures this month!

Mixed Media Spring Floral Box by Tracey Sabella

Hi Everyone!
It's Tracey Back to share a mixed media spring floral box featuring ScrapBerry's gorgeous In Bloom Collection paired with lovely blossoms, resin and polymer pieces.

This paper mache box is covered with In Bloom Abundance paper.

Close-Ups
A mix of gorgeous ScrapBerry's Cherry Blossoms and Stemmed Lily's with a few flowers and leaves from my stash for a floral spring bouquet to decorate the top of the box.

The lovely ScrapBerry's French Journey polymer clock and Fairy Tale resin daisies are tucked into the cluster.

I embossed craft metal adhered to a piece of chipboard with a floral design to coordinate with the paper. I brushed it with white gesso, allowed to dry, then randomly rubbed crackle paint across the surface. I let this sit over night to allow the crackle to dry naturally, then spritzed with two colors of mist.  I also added texture around the cluster with Prills.

**Tip**
If you will be applying gesso or acrylic paint to craft metal, be sure to lightly sand the
surface before embossing to help the gesso stick to the surface.

The March/April ScrapBerry's challenge is to create a
spring project and is open to crafters worldwide.

You can view all the details HERE.
I can't wait to see what you create.

Beautiful Love Lay-out by Romy

Hi!
It's Romy here and I would like to show you a vintage lay-out I made with the Words Live Forever collection. I love these papers so much and really enjoyed working with them and adding lots and lots of layers and details.

This photo is an old one of my parents and me from when I was still a toddler. It’s one of my favourites and I really wanted it to have a special spot on a scrapbook project.

For my design, I decided to use four different squares on my lay-out, one of which includes my photo and one of which includes my title. I used several layers of paper and a doily for the right upper and left lower square and used mainly embellishments for the other squares. I also incorporated a few chipboard pieces to frame my photo and other elements.

I embellished my lay-out with mostly ScrapBerry’s embellishments, such as the Elegy crystal sticker,s metal charms and clocks and a polymer title and butterfly.

ScrapBerry’s Supply List:
Words Live Forever papers:
Records (SCB220609303)
Memos (SCB220609307)

Ocean Enchantment Tag by Maja

Good morning dear Visitors, welcome to the ScrapBerry's blog :)

With warmer days coming soon, I can't stop thinking about the summer! And the ScrapBerry's has released a collection perfect for summer-themed projects - have you seen Ocean Enchantment? I must admit I'm not a fan of yellow and orange, but the beautiful designs and gorgeous blue tones stole my heart immediately ;) And so I made a tag:

I cut out the tag base from cardboard and covered it with papers. Then I chose an optimistic message and created a little shaker box with it:

When I watch films about sea life, I'm always astonished so many beautiful plants grow even near the sea bed, with so little light! And so I added flowers to my tag and mixed them with paper sea creatures, real starfishes and cheesecloth.

I also used pearls in various colours, a metal seashell and a clock - it's a tag with an encouraging message and thus the clock reminds of the fact that time heals all wounds:

This tag travelled across the world to the CHA and Frankfurt craft shows, and I wonder whether it cheered somebody up? :)

And here's the list of supplies:
Paper Collection Set 12"*12" Ocean Enchantment 190 gsm
One-sided paper 12"*12" 190 gsm, Ocean Enchantment Mermaid Whispers
