Birthday Banner - Basik's New Adventure Collection by Olga

Hello and Merry Christmas!

I hope you had wonderful time with your family. Now is the time to start thinking about New Year's Eve decoration ;)

I have an idea for you. This is actually for a birthday party, but I think you can use this for a New Year's Eve party too ;)

I used the 15x15 cm paper pad for it, which is just perfect for home deco projects.

I designed and cut the letters with my Cameo but you could cut them out by hand as well.

I made a mistake here: I glued a rosette to the edge of the sign. So my advice to you is to first glue all embellishments to the letters and numbers and to make holes for the lace after that. This will ensure you that your banner can hang straight.

And here I have hang the banner on the wall! Happy New Year!

Supplies I used:

Basik's New Adventure collection:
15x15 paper pad
Journaling Cards
Traveler's notes

All We Need Is Love- Art Journaling Page by Keren Tamir

Hi Everyone,
Its Keren here with another art journaling double page I created for the Scrapberry's blog.
This is my last post for this year and also the last post for Scrapberry's as a Design Team member.
I want to thank Scrapberry's for the opportunity to design with their amazing products.

I fussy cut one of the papers from the Holiday Romance collection to use as the message in my journal page.

I also used the Polymer resins from the "For Wedding" collection so I could have some 3D elements on the page. I used the Love word and some rings to fit in with the rest of the mixed media circles.

I love designing with blues and purples. They are my favourite colours to design with because they make me feel good. I combined them with white and black to enhance the texture of the background.

Thank you so much for visiting the Scrapberry's blog

Christmas 2014 | Terhi Koskinen

Hello Scrapberry's Fans!

Terhi Koskinen here today with a layout I made for our December challenge. See the challenge details over here (link). You still have to join us!

I used new Romance of Xmas papers in my layout, and I see them very versatile. Not only for Christmas projects, but for all other kinds as well.

The story behind this layout is about last Christmas day and how we spend it in the stable. The story is written to the backside of the layout as I don't like very much my handwriting ;)

I hope you are inspired by my layout and you'll join us in our challenge.

I'm saying a big thank you for Scrapberry's team and for all readers for past year, it has been a pleasure. The next year will be filled new releases you find here in Scrapberry's blog, and if you wish to see my creations I kindly ask you to join my blog - we'll see you there.
Thank you Scrapberry's!

Last Minute Christmas Card

Are you preparing for Christmas already? I have finished almost all my Christmas cards, but still have to make a few of them. As I did not have a lot of time, I decided to make a few quick and easy Christmas cards. ScrapBerry’s collections are just perfect for that, so I choose to use the beautiful ScrapBerry’s “That Special Time of Year” collection.

I made this card in less than an hour. It just appeared to come together very easily and quickly. I first cut out a square card and a circular shame from the “That Special Time of Year” cut-out sheet and attached them onto a chipboard piece. I then cut out a bird image from one of the beautiful ‘The Romance of Xmas’ papers and framed it with a ScrapBerry’s gypsum frame. I also cut out two jingle bells and attached both the framed bird and the bells onto a chipboard piece. I positioned this on the right side of my card. On the left side of my card I added a die-cut branch. I further embellished my card with several pearls, a wood embellishment and a fabric flower.

ScrapBerry's Supplies:
That Special Time of Year 6x6" Paper Set (SCB220607008)
Set of Gypsum items Photo Archive No. 2 (SCB64000104)
Antique Shop Wood Chip Elements No. 1 (SCB62000118)
Adhesive Pearls Christmas Carol (SCB25002038)

I hope you liked my card.
Happy holidays!

Christmas Cards on the Fly - Xmas Berries Collection

Hello friends of ScrapBerry's!
Today is Olga with you for sharing an idea for making more cards in a short time.

I had to make 7 cards in a short time for the teachers of my kids. This was a difficult point for me - I made my cards too slowly ;)
So I have taken a card set (blank) and 15x15 cm paper pad "Xmas Berries" from ScrapBerry's. I've cut paper pieces in different colors, stamped, embossed and stiched it all in a stack ;) I have colored my chipboard, glued all on the cards at voilà!

My cards was done in 1 day ;)

Supplies I used:

Xmas Berries collection 15x15 cm paper pad
That Special Time of Year collection - set of embellishments N3-1 (metal flairs)
That Special Time of Year collection - set of embellishments N2-1 (metal flairs)
Afternoon Tea collection - set of cork stickers "Afternoon Tea 1"
For Wedding collection - adhesive gems faceted "For Wedding 1"

Card Set Blank 11,5x16,5 cm

Be inspired!
And have a wonderful christmas!

Olga xx

Recipe Tin Boxes- I love cooking collection

Hi Everyone,
Today I have a cute altered project for the Scrapberry's blog.
I altered two tin cans into two small recipe boxes.

I used the "I love cooking" collection to cover the tins and then I cut out many different elements and tags from the pages to adhere to the front.

I also cut some small recipe cards to put inside the tins and decorated with flowers and resins.

Thank you so much for visiting the Scrapberry's blog
