Christmas ATCs & Tag

First of all, we have some exciting news to share today. We have a new design team member: Magda Lenka. Today she will show you her very first DT projects. Our design team member Rhonda van Ginkel also outdid herself and made a truly gorgeous Chirstmas tag. Are you ready for some winter/Christmas inspiration?

Let's first have a closer look at Magda's beautiful ATCs.
"Hi. It's eMKa here. This is my first inspiration for the ScrapBerry's and I'm very, very proud that I
can be the one of the ScrapBerry's designers. It's a great honor for me. Thank you so much Romy for the invitation. Today I want to show you really snowy, wintery ATCs with handmade poinsettias."

"The base of this ATC's I made with Touching Story paper from the Holiday Romance collection, and a snowflake I cut out of the Beautiful Garden paper from the DreamLand collection. Besides, I used a Matrix mask and I added winter stamps from the Happy Holidays collection – I used a postage stamp with a cute snowman and two subtleties. Next I added a curls from the Around The World collection."

The second project is a gorgeous, elegant and wintery tag that was made by Rhonda van Ginkel.
"It’s Rhonda here today to share my project with you. I have a sweet holiday tag to share with you featuring the Winter Joy collection by ScrapBerry's. I just love the vintage images in this collection on the “Postcards” paper."

"I began by cutting a tag shape using my Sizzix Tag Dies and my die cutting machine from the base patterned paper. Once cut, I inked the edges and then did a bit of random stamping using the Butterflies Wings script stamp and some black Memento Ink.

I added a bit of texture using modeling paste and a mask by Ranger. When dry, I also spalttered a bit of mist in gold and pinks."

"To showcase the vintage image from the collection, I used a pretty die cut frame and layered it over another die cut doily and mixed in a bit of cheesecloth. I then cut some poinsettia flowers from the Snowfall patterned papers. They were misted with some shimmer mist, shaped and assembled using Epoxy Brads from the Once Upon A Winter collection.

The sentiment is trimmed from the "Cards" paper. The edges were distressed. A shabby bow using Light Brown Shabby Ribbon was tied to finish the tag."
