Romantic Projects: Planner & Lay-out

Are you in the mood for two romantic and very pretty projects? Then you are on the right place on the ScrapBerry's blog today. Solange Marques has a gorgeous dreamy lay-out to share and Olga Kolov made a beautiful planner with a shabby chic flair to it.

First off, here is Solange's wonderful lay-out.

"I love the Holiday Romance collection, because it allows me to integrate my photos on beautiful landscapes. The sky on the 'Tender' sheet inspired me to create a layout about freedom with birds and wings. I melted my photo on the background using modelling paste and acrylic gesso and I added ScrapBerry’s embellishments."

Mixed Media Lay-Out & Vintage Card

We hope you have had a wonderful Christmas with your loved ones.
On the day after Christmas we would like to show you a mixed media lay-out and a vintage card. Are you ready for these two wonderful and inspiring creations?

Let's start off with the gorgeous lay-out that Denise van Deventer made.

"This is a page of my nieces, they are a group of cousins and it was one of the few photos that I have of them together. So, this definitely was a “Precious Memory”."

"On this page, I did lots of stamping and ink splattering, with lots of fussy cutting for all the little details and bits. I loved that this collection had so many floral accents that could be fussy cut. I just love florals and so I was really drawn to this pretty collection."

"This collection also had really pretty feathers and so I made sure that I incorporated them."

Second, Magda Lenka has a beautiful Christmas card to share, which was actually the last Christmas card that she made this year.

"Today I willshow you my last Christmas card of this year. This is a vintage style card which was made using various ScrapBerry's collections. To do layers and pennants, I used the following papers: Warmed-over Cabbage and Story from the Holiday Romance collection and Notation from the Juliet collection. Then I added a vintage graphic with a Christmas tree, a few pearls from the set of curls from the Wind of travel collection, ribbon and a brad with a holly from the Once Upon a Winter collection. At the end I splashed the card using a white ink."

Two Winter Projects with Lydia and Irit

Hi ScrapBerry's fans!

Today we have two amazing wintery creations to share with you. First, Lydia will show you an absolutely gorgeous Winter Joy lay-out. Second, Irit is here to show you the most amazing album to document your memories throughout the new year. Without further ado, let's have a look at the projects.

"Lydia here today with a layout made with the beautiful Winter Joy collection. The paper is already gorgeous enough so I did not want to cover it too much. Just used some clear crackle and white gesso around the page. I cut a few pieces in various sizes to create my layered look added with fuzzy cut pieces and chipboard pieces in there too. Once glued I added the flowers and other embellishments for a festive looking layout."

ScrapBerry's Supply List:
Winter Joy papers:
Winter Garden (SCB220605401)
Winter Music (SCB220605405)
Sprinkle of Snow (SCB220605409)
Cards (SCB220605)
Cards (SCB220605412b)
Winter Joy Set of decorative cork (SCB340982)

Mulberry Papers Cherry Blossom Violet (SCB300207)
Mulberry Papers Cherry Blossom White & Blue (SCB300215)
Mulberry Papers Cherry Blossom Blue & White (SCB300210)

Now let's have a look at Irit's gorgeous mini album.

"Irit is here today with some last minute crafting inspiration for Christmas or New Year. We are pretty close to the last day of 2016, so how about making a mini album to add the best photos from the new 2017 year?"

"I used the old, but not used, waterfall album and decided to embellish it with this new, just released and most adorable Winter Wonderland collection. My puck was to stay with rose and grey colors and to add some blues inside only.
So here is the front cover of the album made with different Scrapberry's papers from this new collection. I made a few die cuts to add the interest to the cover and hand cut some birds and the clock as my mainembellishments. One metal flair was added to the cover and everything was inked with Pink Stains ink that is perfect for edge inking.""

Here is a close- up shot of the embellishment cluster:

"And now to a couple of pages inside (I am not going to show you each and every page as they are quite similar.) I wanted  to leave the flat pages as otherwise it will not be possible to close the album and I kept the place for photo as for me scrapbooking or making albums is not all about embellishments, but all about keeping you favorite memories inside the album.

The first pages are a tribute to the New Year that is just around the corner."

The other pages are quite similar to this one- a lot of place for photos and flat.

"I hope that you liked my small album and will try to make a similar one with one of the Scrapberry's winter collections."

ScrapBerry's Supply List:
Winter Wonderland papers:

Words Live Forever Lay-Out

Today we would like to show you a gorgeous vintage  lay-out made by Maja Nowak about her adorable son. It's vintage and super pretty.

"ScrapBerry’s offers some truly wonderful collections for masculine themes. Most recently another great collection was released: Words Live Forever. I immediately fell in love with it: great colour combo and vintage images are all I could ask for. And therefore I made this layout."

"I layered some papers in the background, added some stamping and then matted the photo with tags I cut out from the diecuts sheet. I also used some embellishments from older collections – and that’s what I like most: when you can mix and match and everything goes together perfectly."

ScrapBerry's Supply List:
Set of Metal Cork Auto Vintage
Set of Decorative Brads Auto Vintage
Metal Charms Set Big Crown

Set of Metal Embellishments You & Me Snap!

Lovely Baby Girl Card

What better way to welcome a newborn and to congratulate his or her parents than with a handmade card. Today Mariusz Gierzewski has a wonderful card to share that he made with the gorgeous My Litte Star collection for a baby girl.

The card features lots of fussy cutting, beautiful layering and a couple off roses as a finishing touch. The hearts on the background set off the card very nicely.

Vintage Gift Box & Winter Card

Hi ScrapBerry's fans!
Today we would like to provide you with even more inspiration, just because the weather is perfect for getting some crafting done. We have both a winter card and a vintage gift box to share.

Let's first have a look at the winter card that Romy made with the A Taste of Winter collection.

"I just love the typical winter colours in the A Taste of Winter papers and I also love the images printed on these papers. So when I saw the cut out sheet, I immediately knew I wanted to use this adorable squirrle on a card."

"I cut out different rectangles from the papers and layered them upon each other. After that, I cut out a doily and two rectangular shapes with dies from my stash. I adhered them on my card as well. I finally embellished my card with two resin embellishments, a metal clock and a few other cut-outs."

ScrapBerry's Supply List:
A Taste of Winter papers:
Winter Robin
Snow Bunny
Seasonal Drift
Cards

Set Polymer items Vintage Circus Performance (SCB26002010)

The second project for today is an amazing gift box made by the very talented Aida Domisiewicz. She used the Photo Archive collection to create this grungy work of art.

"Christmas is coming and it’s time to prepare gifts for your loved ones. If you want your gift to look good, try to decorate any box with beautiful Scrapberry's papers and you will be sure all looks perfect. I used the Photo Archive collection and my box is more masculine, so it’s perfect for a gift to your favorite man."

"Just cut papers of your choice to the size of the box, layer papers and embellishments (you can stock it all with gel medium) and it’s done. Easy and quick, yet it looks really good."
