"Merry Christmas" Mixed Media Card by Tracey Sabella

It's Tracey here to share a mixed media Christmas card featuring ScrapBerry's gorgeous Winter Wonderland Collection paired with lovely paper flowers and embellishments.

I just adore how these non-traditional colors came together to create such a festive holiday card!

ScrapBerry's paper flowers are the focus of this sweet cluster along with the gorgeous Winter Joy Convex Frame. I fussy cut the sentiment and candle from the Winter Wonderland Magical Wishes page. The Versailles polymer piece fits so perfectly below the sentiment. I brushed it with white gesso, then spritzed with rose and blue color mist and rubbed with white gold and vintage gold waxes.

I stenciled a flourish design onto the background with light molding paste, then spritzed with color mists and rubbed with waxes. I also added texture with Prills, microbeads, and chunky glass glitter as well as a few iridescent sequins.

I hope you'll join in for ScrapBerry's November/December Winter Delights Challenge.

Winter Card by Romy

It's Romy here and I would like to show you a vintage winter card today. For this card, I mixed the wonderful A Taste of Winter and The Romance of Xmas collections and also used different ScrapBerry's embellishments.

For my background, I cut out different cards from one of the cut-out sheets from the 'A Taste of Winter' collection. I also cut out a vintage image from one of the 'The Romance of Xmas' sheets and framed it with a polymer frame.

I then used a chipboard heart, two lace flowers, wood embellishments and a ScrapBerry's wood button and a ScrapBerry's flair butotn to further embellish my card. At the top of my card, I used a beautiful ScrapBerry's polymer banner.

ScrapBerry's Supplies:
A Taste of Winter 12x12" papers
The Romance of Xmas 12x12" papers
Set of Polymer Items
Set of Polymer Frames Elegy
Flair Button
Winter Joy Buttons

I hope you liked my card!

Season's Greetings MIxed Media Card by Tracey Sabella

Hi everyone! It's Tracey back to share a new project with you. Christmas is just around the corner, and I've been busy creating holiday cards for family and friends. This sweet Christmas card with non-traditional colors features ScrapBerry's beautiful Elegantly Festive Collection along with gorgeous ScrapBerry's flowers and brass trumpet charm.

This collection has more of a trendy/clean and simple style, but of course I had to grunge it up with a bit of gesso to fit my shabby mixed media style.

These ScrapBerry's flowers create a sweet cluster. The paper flowers are dry brushed with a little white gesso for a soft shabby touch. I also tucked in this Christmas trumpet charm for a festive feel. The cluster is accented with wintry Prills and shaved ice flakes. I cut and embossed white cardstock to create the dimensional snowflake rubbed with coordinating ink, then metallic waxes for a little shimmer.

In addition to dry brushing the paper with gesso, I also stenciled glittery texture paste diagonally across the background to add more wintry shimmer. The sentiment block is edged with coordinating ink, and a bit of tattered cheese cloth is tucked underneath the sentiment and other elements for a soft touch.

I hope you've been inspired to grab your ScrapBerry's supplies
to create some unique and beautiful Christmas cards for friends and family.

Cozy Warm Wishes by Maja

Good morning, dear Visitors, welcome to the ScrapBerry's blog!

It's getting colder and colder, days are dull and rainy, and snow can start falling any time now, so the best thing to do is to wrap yourselves up well, drink hot tea and ....send someone warm wishes :-) That's what my today's card is about:

I like using themed papers for a different-than-suggested projects ;-) So can you recognize the collection I used for this card? Yes, it's the Christmas Winter Joy collection! I just selected the woodboard and flowers patterns to make the background of the card:

...and then added some lilies, a wedding collection button and shabby white ribbon:

For the centre of the card I stamped the cute bear with heart image and did some paper-piecing there, stamping the stamp again upon the knitting pattern paper, cutting out the heart shape and putting it on my coloured image:

Aren't these truly warm wishes? :-))

Here's what I used:
Paper set 12*12" Winter Joy ENG 180gms
Set of stamps 10*11cm My little Bear Hearts for you
Set of embellishments № 3 Happily ever after
Adhesive gems faceted 50pcs/5colors For Wedding 2

Winter Card by Romy

It's Romy here again and I'm slowly but surely getting in the winter mood. That's why I decided to make a winter card this weekend for the upcoming holidays. I used the lovely 'Taste of Winter' collection to make this soft and elegant card.

I cut out a card and a bird with banner from the cut out sheet and framed this element with a doily. I then attached the doily and the card on the right side of my card, on top of three layers of paper.

I wanted to use quite a lot of woord on my card to give it a neutral look. I therefore used a few woord snowflakes and combined them with a ScrapBerry's charm, a metal clock and a button from ScrapBerry's. The lovely white frame is also from ScrapBerry's.

ScrapBerry's Supply List:

Set of Metal Embellishments Winter Joy 2 (SCB3409110)
