Sports Mini Album with Rhonda

Greetings, it's Rhonda here today to host the blog and share my project with you.

I have an up-cycled mini album featuring the Edge of Town collection. The foundation for my album is a 10 x 10 inch square piece of heavy corrugate that I recently received as packaging in a shipment. I first trimmed in half at the five inch mark, then trimmed again two inches on the bottom to size the covers to 5" x 8".

I tore some of the covering away, then applied a bit of ink to the edges. I selected my feature paper for the cover and back. Some modeling paste was added through a stencil and set aside to dry. Next, I selected the papers I wanted to feature and trimmed them to 4.75" x 7.75.

I added a variety of stamping and several cut images from the Cards 2 coordinating papers and a touch of Around the World Washi Tape.

The interior pages have a bit of modeling paste again, some cheesecloth and mists. You will also find a few Epoxy Stickers from Around The World in a few places.

I loved twisting the original purpose of the papers to coordinate with a sports theme.

My final pages, here I have taken a photo and cut apart to split it across the pages. I didn't want to lose the perspective of the photo.
