Today I have a cheerful and fresh spring card to share:
I must admit I'm not a fan of yellow. But when combined with light and juicy pink and fresh teal, like in the Cherished Jewels collection, it isn't that painful ;-) For me that combo is perfect for spring-themed projects. And so I layered many pieces to give a varied, colourful background:
Then I added the flower cluster, combining textile cherry blossom with ivory gardenias.
I also added some resin flowers and pearl accents:
As you can see, the card is also nicely dimensional :)
And here's the list of supplies:
Double-sided paper 12"*12" 190 gsm, Cherished Jewels, Deco Charms
Double-sided paper 12"*12" 190 gsm, Cherished Jewels, Tags Romance&Tiaras
Double-sided paper 12"*12" 190 gsm, Cherished Jewels, Princess Bouquet
Cherry Blossom (3 Piece set 30mm*110mm) Light Yellow
Gardenia cream, set 4 pcs, dia 5cm
Curls Around The World 1 (pearls swirl)
Epoxy Stickers French Journey
And so, even though I don't like yellow, I really like the way the card turned out, with many layers and delicate motives. What do you think?
