There hasn't been a kid's card for a while, has it? Well, for my today's post I decided to share a card I made that can be used for a boy's birthday (or not only boy's perhaps ;-))
I layered papers from the Words Live Forever and Pirate's Treasure collections and added some cut out images to set my background. I also wrapped blue vintage ribbon around the layers.
I designed the main scene by combining the hand-coloured Basik stamp (isn't that little guy cute?) with letters I punched from one of the papers and arranged for my sentiment. For the finishing touch I added two epoxy brads from the Happy Birthday collection:
And here's the list of the supplies I used:
Basik's New Adventure Set of stamps (10.5*10.5cm) - Let's Fly
Double-sided paper 12"*12" 190 gsm, Words Live Forever, Moments
Double-sided paper 12"*12" 190 gsm, Words Live Forever, Memos
Double-sided paper 12"*12" 190 gsm, Words Live Forever, Tonite on Broadway!
Double-sided paper 12"*12" 190 gsm, The Pirate's Treasure, Land Ahoy!
Shabby ribbon, light blue, 10mm, 1m
Epoxy Brads set 21 pcs Happy Birthday
And how do you like my card? I think it would be perfect for a little and also older boy as well ;-)
That's all for today, thank you for visiting and see you later!
