Fall Is Here... A Card by Romy

Hi! It's Romy here.
Woohoo, fall has definitely arrived! Although I'm in fact more of a summer kind of person, I do love creating projects with a fall theme. Last week I decided to make an autumn card with some lovely ScrapBerry's papers that I had laying around.

For my card, I combined papers from the wonderful Forest and Nature's Spirit collections. The image in the center of my card was cut out from one of the Forest papers. I arranged a few embellishments underneath and on top of it.

As you can see, I added a wood embellishment, a polymer feather, a feather charm and a metal clock from ScrapBerry's to my card. I also used ScrapBerry's faceted gems to give the mushroom image a little bit extra.

ScrapBerry's Supply List:
Forest 12x12" papers
Nature's Spirit 12x12" papers
Wood Embellishment 'High'
Set of Metal Clocks Wind of Travel black & beige (SCB34001071)
Metal Charms Wind of Travel
Faceted Gems

Do you love creating projects for fall too?
Thank you for stopping by!
Have a great week!

Birthday With Basik

Good morning, the ScrapBerry's friends, welcome to the blog today!

Recently a certain gentleman celebrated his second birthday ;-) And for that occasion I made a card:

I used a couple of turqouise and coffee papers from the Elegantly Simple collection and added a touch of red and gold to the palette. I layered some contrasting patterns in the background and tied the red shabby ribbon around them.

The centre of the card is the Basik party stamp that I coloured with inks and closed in a shaker-box frame with glittering sequins inside. The little mouse from the stamp set is attached outside the shaker:

As the finishing touch I added a couple of acrylic gems on the frame.

I do hope the birthday boy liked his "moving and rattling: birthday card :-) What do you think?

And here's the list of my supplies:
Basik's New Adventure Set of stamps (10.5*10.5cm) - Basik's Party 2

Birthday Girl Card by Tracey Sabella

Hi everyone. It's Tracey here with a new card for you featuring the Rhapsody in Blue collection with the darling Sweetheart 2 Stamp Set. Isn't this girl so sweet and adorable?

I clustered flowers around the stamped image featuring ScrapBerry's gorgeous White Gardenia and White & Blue Cherry Blossoms. I've tucked in prills and chunky glass glitter for added texture.

Here's the other flower cluster. You can see here how I used two different designs from the Raphsody in Blue 6x6 Paper Collection. I inked the edges if the die cut piece with ScrapBerry's Blue Stains Ink Pad.

The focal piece of this sweet card is this adorable stamped image. I used permanent black ink to stamp her onto watercolor paper and colored her with Zig Watercolor Real Brush Markers. She was so easy to color. The lines of the stamp help show where to shade. Once colored and dry, I fussy cut this sweet image and colored the edges with a black marker for nice finished edges.

Birds of Paradise Card by Romy

Hi Scrapberry's fans!
Oh, how do I love the gorgeous Birds of Paradise collection! I seriously can't stop playing with these gorgeous papers. Today I have a new card to share that I made with this lovely collection, using lots of fussy cutting and floral prettiness.

My card mainly consists of lots of layers and fussy cut elements. I cut out a lot of flowers and arranged them around a cut out sentiment. I also decorated a few flowers with faceted gems for an elegant finishing touch.

I slightly lifted the sentiment on my card by attaching it on top of a piece of cardboard. To finish off my card, I used a lovely lace flower and bow and added a ScrapBerry's polymer flower on top of the lace flower.

ScrapBerry's Supply List:
Birds of Paradise 12" papers (SCB220606300BH)
Set of Polymer Items Fairy Tale Birds
Faceted Gems

I hope you liked my card.

Have a lovely day!
